1starMost unprofessional business I've experienced in Asheville. Took pet in after 2 hours waiting outside, when our dog was an emergency. No forms filled out and Vet was unaware of dogs condition. Advised that pet would have to stay the night. Two hours later they called and said the dog died. This dog was a four year old beautiful Husky. When I went to pick up the dog in the morning, they put it in a big blue garbage bag and made me pay a $130 bill. They had no clue as to why the dog died, nor did I get any documentation. After a couple of days, we made an appointment to speak to the vet, (Pressley). They asked us to leave, then called the police. At no time were we adversarial, although we would not leave without talking to Pressley. Pressly stated they had no complete documentation, but would have it the next day when I finally got to speak to her. No "Im sorry your dog died", nothing but excuses for incompetence. A poorly run, unorganized example of a mill for sick animals. Sign now posted says emergencies come first,,,, "really?". Think about that situation for a moment. My advice for Pressley is to get organized and care for each animal properly or shut down before you kill any more dogs
