The front staff are rude and can't be bothered to keep patients informed when appointments are running behind. They stand behind the counter gossiping about other employee's. I suppose that's for our entertainment pleasure. Highly unprofessional.

The veterinarians are indifferent towards your pet and treat them as a just another "thing" that comes through the door.
