They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They didn't put my dog through the pain nor myself the expense of testing whichin the end could not solve the problem. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant. The entire staff is wonderful and well worth the long ride past many other uncaring veterinary offices.
