I give this place a one start because I cant give it a negative number. I went here with my son to have his pit bull Baby put to sleep because she had cancer and was getting very ill. We paid an additional 100.00 on top of the cremation fee to get her ashes back. After a couple weeks we called to ask where her ashes were and the person who answered the phone said we have that down as just a regular euthanasia and cremation. I stated that we had paid the additional to a get Baby's ashes back, which I was then put on hold for 12 minutes because apparently they didn't know how to tell us they had royally messed up. They took my phone number and said they would call me back. A couple hours later the doctor calls me back and proceeds to tell me a story about how they had freezer issues and he had to take some of the dogs to his house to use his freezer and we would have babies ashes by Thursday, well I told him I wasn't sure if I believed that since they had all ready said they messed up and didn't want to receive a random bag of ashes. So I called back and said we would like to come in and verify that they still had Baby and it would be her ashes we were getting, I was on hold for another 7-8 minutes then the office manager proceeds to get on the phone and tell me the vet LIED TO ME, THEY DIDN'T HAVE BABY STILL AND WE WOULD NOT BE GETTING HER ASHES BACK!!! SO THE DOCTOR DID NOT HAVE THE BALLS TO GET BACK ON THE PHONE WITH ME AND TELL ME HE TOLD ME A BALD FACE LIE. Now I have to figure out what I am going to tell my son since he had been looking at urns for her ashes and had picked out one with a pit bull standing on it and was going to have her name engraved on the urn. My sister and daughter both take their animals to this vet but have know said they wont me going back. And I wonder now how many other people have received random bags of ashes thinking they were getting their loving animals ashes back!!! They said they would be sending out a full refund check like that will make up for what they did and then lied about it on top of that, so I would think twice before I ever used this vet!!!!! So now my son will be doubly heartbroken!!
