Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
