Scam artists. Make you pay your deductible up front then don't tell your insurance company they collected the money. Now I have to pay my deductible again because they simply pocketed my original deductible. But because it is in the contract I signed with them that I'm not eligible for a refund they refuse to give it back or fix it with my insurance. I was so in love with their facilities and staff when I first went there but now I feel betrayed and defeated every time I think about the legal battle I'm about to take on. Such a nightmare. And they turned out to be so mean and vindictive about it. Broke my heart.
