They answer the phone right away and I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time. I am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. The staff is wonderful about making a real effort to get me in when I need it. They're so helpful and try hard to be accommodating. They were mostly easy to reach in an emergency. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution.
