Dr. Davis presents a very friendly, professional demeanor. She is obviously well-educated and at least familiar with several different types of therapy.

If you are the least bit left-brained, however, don't stop by. She doesn't go for hard science. She prefers warm fuzzies. I found this very off-putting.

If you are seriously troubled, test the waters gradually - don't put it all out there at once. See how she handles it. Then, if both you and she seem comfortable with it, proceed.

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. DO NOT pre-pay because once she gets her $ she doesnt care about submitting your insurance claims.
