So I went in for their medical marijuana program. My wife and I show up fill out our lengthy paperwork handed to us. I return it to be informed I didn't fill out the parts that said to be filled out by dr only. Ok I fill them out. Nurse informs me there's been quite the backup at the state level so its important they get our applications in quickly. Sometimes it's taking weeks longer then it use to only take 1 or 2 weeks to get the card. I wait meet the dr in a tiny room in the middle of another room. He can barely hold his head up. Answer some questions, go to nurse take pic. Pay 200 and another 200 for processing when they submit their paperwork. This was on a Wednesday. Monday next week my wife asks me to call up there. I do I ask to know the status of my paperwork. I'm informed they already spoke with my wife. She continues that I was informed it could take weeks for them to finish my paperwork. I try to ask her why it will take so long to finish 2 small website questionnaires that I have already given her the answers to. She will not let me speak. She speaks over me and informs me if I wanted it done quickly perhaps I should have done it myself. I say I will gladly do it myself and I'd like my money refunded. She retorts absolutely no refunds. I end the call. I speak with my wife to relay this information and she tells me she had indeed spoke with them earlier. The lady she spoke with told her that they had forgotten to do the papers last week. She was sorry and would be done with them within 30 minutes. It had been an hour so my wife asked me to call.
