Found them only because i needed a new chiropractor. Its a multiple doctor office. They took me through a lot of tests and said I needed to come back multiple times a week for a few months. My lower back was out but after 1 adjustment I don't usually need to come back. I felt very rushed and thought it was just a 1 time thing. So I came back the next week because I didn't want to do 2 extra times that week and they did the same thing, I was only in the chair for 2 mins and out the door. A copay is not worth that time. I ended up coming back a year later and they asked why I didn't follow their plan and so on. I explained that I have gotten adjustments in the past with a old chiropractor out of town before only when I would knock my back out or need a adjustment. They didn't make me follow a plan, and I felt like I had more time with the doctor. They went on to tell me that my insurance wont cover my visit because they would have to find a reason why I was in. I had a knot in my back. Insurance has ALWAYS paid for my appointments and they made me pay cash. I called my insurance company and they said they would have paid for it. The place also told me that if I came more times a week they would bill insurance to show there is a reason I was there or else I would have to pay out of pocket. That is not fair and I felt they are only out to get extra money from people. My insurance covers anything through a chiropractor, I just can limit to 30 visits a year, it doesn't have to be car accident related. I have spoke to 2 other people that go there and they have fallen victim to the same practice. They are paying out of pocket when they should have their insurance billed. For someone who has heavy medical bills, that copay paid each visit helps towards eliminating the overall deductible. I will not be back.

Feels like a used car lot... high pressure "sales" to buy $200 shoe inserts and multiple appointments per week, and scans. My main issue/concern still wasn't addressed despite over a dozen appointments, yet other things were "treated"

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

No, there was no annoying music

Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected
Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment?
Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.
