I have sciatic pain. After just one appointment, I could feel such a difference. After a few weeks, my pain was gone. It does come back occasionally (after I have lifted something heavy or painted walls and ceilings). I just call and they get me right in their schedule and after one or two visits I am good to go. Don't be afraid to try this practice. They are caring and gentle and will help you, but will also tell you when they don't feel they can help you. Honest.
