there was some confusion on my Referal. I got my doc to sign one and then I wrote her name in it AFTERWARD. so the secretary saw this as me trying to pull one over on them. WHEN I HAD INSURANCE! I called and the secretary told me that the Doc probably wont see me anymore. I was dealing with alot of childhood abuse that I had told Wells about, so i was completely upest about this. I called and left Wells an upset message which wasnt returned. WHen I called again I asked to talk to Wells the secretary kept telling me that she was in an apt, but eventually transfered me (so she was lying) I was in tears than, freaking out. I felt completely abandoned. Wells didnt belive me at all! It was a horrible experience. Only a therapist should tell a client something like that. Clearly they have an inapropriate relationship/Lack proper boundaries.
