I found Dr. Ward's Self-Hypnosis classes extremely relaxing, and especially enjoyed the tapes he used to make for us for use at home. I have been hypnotized several times since, but his voice is the only instrument that really does it for me.

I am desperately wanting to quit smoking and was wondering if there was a way in which I could purchase a tape for this, or if Dr. Ward could recommend a good subliminal CD for me.
