This is the most a dangerous place to go to. I repeat!!! These are incompetent dangerous facility workers. The workers will lie on you forge medical records forge and sign documents to the state department. I got a call to go to outpatient services only to end up with the worst nightmare from these workers whom I never met nor seen in my entire life. I am trying so hard to get information amended off my medical record. Patient beware!!!!!
