The staff at West Allis, WI, one in particular named Holly, gave my mail order pharmacy the WRONG dosage information although I had an approved authorization AND a written script for the correct dosage. The mail order pharmacy states that any conversation over the phone supersedes anything in writing. So now here I am without my medication that I've been taking for the past 9 years because Anne Pearson refuses to call the pharmacy and straighten the mistake out by just giving them the original dosage information that was on the authorization and on the script because she wants to protect her incompetent office help. Holly also screwed up 3 other peoples' appointments on the same day she screwed mine up, and because Holly is coincidentally on vacation for 2 weeks the day after she gave the pharmacy my wrong dosage information, Anne Pearson doesn't want to disturb her precious Holly while she's on vacation, but the HELL with the patient going without the meds. I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone, not even my dog.
