They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
