I was looking for a counselor for my preteen son and set up an appointment explaining this. When I got there my son talked with her and I went in to talk to her alone. I was told at that point she was only doing testing, she was not picking up counseling clients at that time. My son's school requested that since the testing had already started that I finish it. This was started prior to the end of the school term in June. After waiting for several weeks and getting nothing from them I called and asked where was the write-up? I got it the week of Thanksgiving, nothing in it referred to my son, it was a report on how I behaved as a mom, doing follow up, asking questions,very negative in referrenced to me. I reported her to DHHS. She was so inappropriate.

MY DAUGHTER FINISHED HER TESTING, I WAS GIVEN A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT. GOT THERE TO BE TOLD THEY DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING PUT TOGETHER AND WAS GIVEN FORMS TO REFILL OUT BY HER THAT WERE ALREADY COMPLETED PREVIOUSLY. THEN CALLED 3 WEEKS LATER TO GET A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT RECEIVED A CALL BACK ON MONDAY TO BE TOLD TO COME IN ON WEDNESDAY ON 3PM SHOWED UP AT 3PM ON WEDNESDAY TO BE TOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT IS THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY. FMLA GIVES A NUMBER OF HOURS TO USE AND THESE TRIPS USED 6 HOURS WHICH I CAN NOT GET BACK NOT TO MENTION THE MY TIME FROM WORK TO PROVIDE A LIFESTYLE FOR MY CHILDREN AND MYSELF OR THE GAS, TOLLS AND WEAR AND TEAR ON MY VEHICLE. AS A SINGLE PARENT SEEKING THE BEST HELP FOR MY CHILD. I CAN NOT KEEP GOING BACK ENFORTH WITH THIS PROVIDER FOR SERVICES NOT BEING GIVEN. NOW IT WILL TAKE TEN WEEKS TO GET HER MEDICAL RECORDS - REALLY IF THE REPORT WAS COMPLETED PROPERTLY IT SHOULD TAKE A DAY TO PUT IT IN THE MAIL FOR ME TO GET IT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMAND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE IN NEED OF HELP FOR THERE CHILD. THIS SITE MAKES YOU GIVE HER ONE STAR I WOULD NOT GIVE ANY
