Cathy is astute, discerning, straight-forward and on-mission. Her direct but friendly approach is refreshing, emboldening, and clarifying. Although I am a woman, I can see Cathy's particular style working very well for men, too. For context, I came to her on the heels of 2020 and was properly traumatized by the draconian government overreach I had experienced as well as the resulting denial of healthcare I had experienced as someone who did not feel safe being masked due to previous medical trauma. I was neurotic, highly anxious, and downright panicked and this was interfering with my daily life in a major way. Cathy took me on and diffused these issues like the pro she is. It wasn't long before she had zeroed in on the real root of the anxiety that was consuming me and we got to work combing through that. With Cathy's competent support, I have come a long way and can say that I am significantly stronger today than I was the day I walked into her office. 5 stars. No regrets.
