This is the only therapist I've ever gone to that I consider abusive.

As noted in another review, she is judgmental and overbearing, prefers talking to listening, cannot offer any coherent explanation about her methods, and argues whenever you don't agree with her.

She is opinionated, patronizing and condescending,and doesn't understand mental illness. In our last session, our 4th, she was critical and abusive, yelling at me and insisting that I listen to her while she went 5 minutes over our time.

She is not professional,or caring and is the only therapist I've ever gone to that I would categorize as abusive.

First of all, this person is a social worker, not a psychologist. She talked mostly about herself and was very judgemental. She actually let me know about her own life with regard to life long insecurities and an abusive mother. She was unprofessional. She left very little room to have a true therapeutic relationship because she was so focused on talking about her own issues.
