As people become more aware and accepting of themselves, they are more capable of finding peace and contentment in their lives. However, self-awareness and self-acceptance may take a long time to achieve. In order for therapy to be successful, it is important for the client to take an active role in his/her sessions. This demands avoiding any mind-altering substances for at least eight hours prior to therapy sessions. Generally, the more one is willing to invest, the greater the return. Dr. Reynolds' number one priority is to facilitate healing and growth with those who desire more self-awareness and acceptance.
