Easy to talk to and he speaks like a caring person, not an arrogant Doctor. Gave me a correct diagnosis from the start where one area counselor (who had no clue), one psychiatrist and two other doctors didn't "get" what Dr Rainwater readily undated about me. Very smart ans super nice.
