I love my psychiatrist, but NOT the staff! Ever since the pandemic started, and I've had my appointments via phone, my prescriptions seem to disappear. My pharmacy didn't have my Adderall for nearly a MONTH after my appointment, after I had made six calls to Psych Care that went unreturned. Now, I'm two weeks since my appointment and still waiting for my prescription. This isn't a way to run any medical office, but certainly not when medications for mental health are involved. I'm now looking for a new psychiatrist, one who hopefully has a competent, professional staff.

The psychiatrist and his staff is horrible. They consistently write the wrong prescription. Upon bringing it to the staff's attention, they do not follow directions by sending the prescription to the pharmacist. I am still waiting for a call from the office manager and it has been over 72 hours.
