I have been a Body-Centered Creative Arts Therapist for the past 35 years.
I integrate and Synthesize elements of The Hakomi Method with Somatic Experiencing, Jin shin Jyutsu as well as Rubenfeld Synergy and Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy.
I also utilize the Creative Arts.. Music, Yoga, Movement and Psychodrama if and when it would be a supportive part of the healing journey.
