This provider makes no effort to get my view on things. I don't think they care at all about my concerns. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. I couldn't believe that they kept the temperature in the waiting room where they did. What are they thinking! They were completely dishonest about the insurance policy payments, and I paid over $400 more than what they original said. I'm very uncomfortable with proceeding with my treatment. I need to be more informed.
