Extremely aggressive, arrogant, and sometimes downright rude. He gets very angry and defensive when you ask him questions or give him feedback. I did not feel safe seeing him as a patient.

Glenn is not approachable or friendly. He is not open to feedback from patients. He thinks he is an "expert" but is actually poorly qualified.
