I was very apprehensive about seeing someone to help me with my severe anxiety issues but the anxiety I felt was overwhelming. After a few sessions with Dr.McCall I started to realize I was not going crazy but needed to change some lifestyle habits and slow down a bit. I also had anxiety disorder at this point and really wanted to learn how to work through it without medication. At first I only wanted to go for a few sessions but I ended up visiting the doctor for a year! Well worth the money, but I wish my insurance covered more of the visits. It has been more than a few years since I have seen Dr. McCall and I am now able to handle my predisposition to anxiety without medication.
