They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
