They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I had an emergency recently, and I tried to get a hold of them but couldn't. They eventually called me back, but by then I had already called someone else to help me. As soon as I walked in the door, I noticed their credentials hanging on the wall. It immediately made me feel more confident that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
