Alice is a great counselor and really made my wife and I feel at ease. We look forward to additional sessions with her. The only complaint we have is with the office personnel. Long story short, our authorization allows us to receive 6 free visits. My wife forgot to mention the authorization on the first visit so the office billed our health insurance which applied a copay. I called my insurance company, received the authorization # for the approved sessions and called the Interface office to relay the information. I advised them that the rep I spoke with at my insurance company said they could resubmit the charge and we would not owe the copay. Rather than do that, they (Interface) told me that today's visit would count toward the 6 visit limit leaving us with 5 additional visits. In other words, we have our money...it is an inconvenience to us to resubmit the claim as well as return the check and have to wait on payment when we already have one. Thanks for understanding and going the extra mile for your patients (sarcasm). She was nice, but not accomodating.
