Court ordered custody expert. Complete waste of time and money, in my view (and I am not disgruntled). He just never cared about my children's interests, just did the bare minimum. I had no choice, but what he did was nothing short of sabotaging my children's future. Stay away if you can.

Dr. Hagovsky caused irreparable harm to my children. His incompetence and flagrant disregard of the law resulted in my children being subjected to ongoing child abuse. His arrogance as the court appointed psychologist resulted in abuse not being reported to the appropriate agencies and minimizing of the events in his court reports. He should never be in a position to evaluate children’s best interests. I reported him to NJ Attorney General and Board of Psychological Examiners File# 09-036. Dr. Hagovsky should be stripped of his license to prevent any possibility he can harm more children.
