Terrible experience. I took my 11yr old to see her. Not the best bedside manner, especially when a child is seeing her. We continued to see her a couple more times but have been unable to schedule anything with her in the last 3 months. She notified me today that someone had cancelled their appointment and so she offered it to us. It worked perfect for us and I accepted and thanked her. Then, she texted me back later and told me that the person that cancelled that timeslot previously wanted it back and she offered me a few different timeslots that were not going to work for us. She ended up giving our timeslot away to the person that had initially cancelled it in the first place. I felt that was incredibly unprofessional. When I told her that was not right to do that, her response was, "Yes. Everyone feels an urgency. Best wishes." I let her know we would be finding a new counselor for our child. I highly do not recommend this woman, especially for a child.
