Joanne McNamara was able to immediatedly make my college age daughter feel at ease. They were able to effectively address together issues related to my daughter's returning to college during the summer break. Ms. McNamara was in tune to the time sensitive nature of my daughter's counseling needs and was very flexible is setting up the initial appointment with little notice. The facilities were very clean, easy to find with ample parking. There was never a delay from scheduled appointment time.
