For someone with anxiety, she was a little too hyper for me. I appreciated her telling me about myself and the things she has been through, but I felt like most of that hour was about her, not me. I didn't feel comfortable after leaving that appointment and felt like I spent $50 on a total waste of time.

Shelley is a super good therapist. She helped me skillfully with a very rough time, and we are now working together on some less-pressing but still very important issues. I am happy to have found this therapist.
