Whenever my MD can't find out my problem, Eve has the answer. I have been using Full Spectrum Health for just about 20 years and any care I have received has been stellar. I can't say enough about Eve.

PROS: Eve is knowledgeable and good at interpreting labs.
Some of her staff is friendly and competent.
They always mail your products out promptly.
CONS: Eve will push her products.
She also doesn't always lead with the most natural/least invasive diagnostic/treatment ideas.
Some of her staff have a superiority thing going on and will snap at you if you've inconvenienced them or failed to communicate "properly". They are not so great at customer service.
Getting answers to questions is pretty much impossible without a formal (paid) appointment.

If you're looking for someone warm and fuzzy, don't go to Eve. Her communication style doesn't bother me personally, but I'm sure some might see her as abrasive. She has a healthy ego, but not as much as lots of the other practitioners. Just today, I had an MD invite me to leave his office because I had gotten labs from another doctor. Literally walked out on me. But I can't see Eve pulling something like that (although that might only be because she's not licensed to order labs or prescribe).
