I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They even turned facts around, so they would not have to provide therapy to my daughter or myself! They barely gave me any information at all. I guess I'm going to have to ask someone else, some where else to answer my questions. They've always been very respectful and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. I've heard of other psychologists doing that and I think it's so rude. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Not only did they rush my appointment, they practically hurried me out the door. They only wanted my money, they didn’t care about me or any concerns I had.
