They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I would never ever recommend them to anyone I know. I would advise everyone to stay away. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I was very unhappy with the way my appointment progressed. I made absolutely no progress, and I felt even worse when I left.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They didn't leave me unattended once during my consultation, which I really appreciated. i would reccomend Denise to anyone!
