What a complete fraud ! yes he has a degree but my personal opinion of him is that he for whatever reason feels himself of a higher place in life due to his self proclaimed ability to help those in need.
In reality I would find it difficult to accept that this man has any notion whatsoever as to help anyone other than himself in his daily collection of mass amounts of payments from whatever government agencies he can find to bottom feed upon
