Went to D. Carter for an evaluation of my son. At one point, we were told that the evaluation was done, and we would need to pay what was due to continue. I paid on the promise that a statement, containing what was done and what our insurance covered, would be sent. After all was processed, we ended up paying 50% more than what our insurance company says we should have been responsible for. Most calls to his office for an explanation go to voice mail with no return call. When I do get someone I'm told I will be sent a statement. Over a year later I'm still waiting. If you want to get overcharged with no accountability then he's your man!
