I write to inform you about my psychological services practice at Wellspring in Hardwick has now expanded and moved to The Waitsfield Health Center building under Bridge Street Counseling Associates (BSCA).
I offer thorough specialist assessment and positive, systemic and mindfulness based approaches to clients and couples suffering with adjustment depression, anxiety, mood problems, including support and collaboration with doctors, counselors and psychiatrists. I also offer your clients somatic approaches to therapy that include mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), meditation, yoga and Yoga Nidra techniques found to be helpful for clients suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
The WELLSPRING INSTITUTE is a non-profit organization ensuring mental health and wellness services are accessible to all members of our community. It is dedicated to fostering an integrated approach to health and wellbeing, one that embodies the mind and minds the body. Our approach to psychological health is informed by narrative, relational, developmental and somatic practices. It draws from the following fields of study and practice:
• Somatic (body-oriented) psychology
• Systems theory
• Self-relational psychotherapy
• Narrative therapy
• Developmental psychology and attachment theory
• Interpersonal neurobiology and molecular biology
• Traumatic stress and dissociation
• Buddhist psychology and mind science
• Movement Awareness Practices
The Wellspring Institute offers a variety of professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars and ongoing professional training, consultation, and internships and supervision for post-graduate clinicians-in-training.
I will see your referrals for expert assessment, treatment and psychotherapy without delay starting August 2017 growing progressively as patient care is needed.
