I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Every time I go, I'm always surprised by how respectful and courteous they are. I've never been treated with more respect by any other professional. This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
