Allan Blum, Ph.D.
Dr. Allan Blum has been in practice for over forty years. He was chief psychologist at Downstate Medical Hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y. He was the director of the division of marriage counseling for New York Consultation Services in Manhattan. He was Director of Psychological Services at Laurel Heights Hospital (a residential children's facility in Atlanta). He was Director of Psychological Services at The Southeastern Pain Insititute at The Georgia Babtist Pain Institute. He has been The Program Director of Aware (providing treatment for survivors of sexual abuse) at The Ridgeview Institute in Georgia. He has trained numerous mental health professionals throughout his career.
