Dr. Siegel helped me a lot to consider why I was making the choices I was making in my marriage. I hadn't really connected some of the things I was doing with stuff that had gone on in my childhood but the truth is - we all make choices based on things that happen in our past. The cool thing about therapy is that they help you walk through it and help you consider why you are making the choices now. Dr. Siegel was really helpful with this in my life and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to save their marriage or anyone who wants to get their life back on track. Get help!
