I am located right in the heart of Goose Creek, just a short distance from North Charleston, Charleston, Monck's Corner, Ladson, and Summerville! I have been in the Counseling Industry for 15 years, helping children, youths, adolescents, adults and seniors through many various types of therapy and counseling. I accept SC Medicaid, First Choice, Molina, Select Health of SC, WellCare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurances. I also accept low-income families and patients on a sliding scale program. I believe that there is no ONE approach to healing, and I will explore any and all options to find what suits you and your loved ones best. I will also do my best to be flexible with your schedule, and I offer evening and weekend appointments.

Services I specialize in Mood Disorders, Children and Adolescents, and Relationship Issues. I have years of experience in using Play Therapy to help children with ADHD and Asperger's Syndrome, anxiety, behavioral Issues, developmental delays, family conflict, depression, and to help them cope with and work toward overcoming trauma, PTSD, grief and other emotional distress. As a family counselor, I like to get to know each member individually as well as together to see what types of treatments work best as a collective to resolve the conflicts. I offer help with parenting as well as family conflict.

I also offere help with addiction, alcohol abuse, anger management, codependency, divorce, domestic abuse, infidelity, self-esteem, self harming, sexual abuse, sleep or insomnia, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, and impulse control disorders.

I have experience with many different Treatment approaches. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Integrative, Interpersonal, Play Therapy, Relational Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma Focused. I treat individuals, families, and groups alike, ages 0 to 110!

She's not your traditional Therapist, and it is easy to get to know her so you feel right at home and in a safe environment. My children absolutely adore getting to see her. While they're having fun, she's actually molding them into healthy social beings. If anyone is looking for a great family oriented therapist, Ms Ronna is your girl.
