I have worked in the fitness industry for 12 years and have taught a variety of classes such as kickboxing, yoga, toning, bootcamps and step classes. Ii have been to numerous workshops in the Nebraska/Chicago area. I am current on my CPR/First Aid certification as well.

I specialize in teaching Yoga/Meditation to those individuals who have a disability, and those direct care staff that support them. I believe people in this unique community have been overlooked in the fitness industry and am working hard to get them acclimated. 2011 classes will start January 10th, twice a week and hope to add on with a better variety of classes.I have worked in the fitness industry for 12 years and have taught a variety of classes such as kickboxing, yoga, toning, bootcamps and step classes.
