They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. What I like about this trainer is that they aren't preoccupied with looks or physical appearance. Their goal is for me to be healthy and reach my fitness goals.
