This Deep Tissue Trigger Point Release massage focuses mainly on the lower body the muscles and joints used and abused from pounding the pavement, treadmill or track. These main muscle groups include the Glutes/Hams/Quads/Adductors/Gastroc/Soleus/tibialis, I will also work on the spinal muscles/traps/lats/QL and psoas to reduce low back pain. This massage is also extremely helpful for those who suffer from sciatic pain!
