Welcome to Thompson Massage Therapy. I have been a NYS licensed massage therapist since early 2006. I am also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 2005. I utilize Swedish massage infused with deep connective tissue work including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and some reflexology techniques. My clients enjoy a safe, comfortable, relaxing environment. Let me assist you on your healing journey towards wellness by helping you release chronic patterns of misuse/abuse which may be stuck in your muscles. I have previously offered massage through Angels at Work and the Spa at DelMonte. Thompson Massage Therapy is located in the back of the State Farm Insurance building in Spencerport, NY. I have to say this is one of the best massages I have ever had and I will definitely be recommending them to people I know. They cater to your needs and level of pressure needed. I loved that they played nice, relaxing music in the background during my massage. It made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
