They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Dr Z just seems to care! This is becoming harder and harder to find in the medical/dental professions these days. He really knows what he is doing and most important, tyakes the extra time to relax my daughters and explain the medical parts to me. 10 of 10 points!

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. It was very easy to get an appointment. Dr Z sees patients Wed-Thu & Fri but has a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
