We are a husband and wife team of In-Home Certified Personal Training Specialists.
We bring equipment to your home, condo gym or anywhere that exercise can be incorporated....making fitness convenient!

Taking your medical history and current state of well-being into account, we design a program based on your individual needs, abilities and goals.
Heart rate and blood pressure monitoring are part of our program as well, making sure we provide a safe and structured program for participants of any level.

It's out job and our pleasure to make sure you reach your goals! You simply need to be willing to show up and bring all you have within you to our sessions and we'll coach you and be your mentors along the way!
