I have over 15 years of experience in the complementary health field. In the past 4 years I have practiced as a Counselor working with a wide range of clients. I have extensive experience working with people suffering from a wide range of chronic health issues and chronic pain.

As a Counselor I use varied Therapies as well as Relaxation Techniques. I use these to help you work through limiting patterns, behaviors, and other areas of resistance that keep you from experiencing a greater sense of happiness, health and well-being. I believe in taking time to focus on communication skills and the many dynamics of "relationship", relationship to self, partner, family, and coworkers. This also includes such concepts as setting healthy boundaries, what does a healthy relationship look like, how do you express your needs, learning to listen, how do you share your feelings without hurting others, etc.I have over 15 years of experience in the complementary health field.
